Our History
"Mass Telephone and Data, LLC started in January of 2015. I started my company to really fulfill a lifelong dream of being a small business owner and pursuing the American Dream of becoming an independent, self-sufficient person and to grow the ability to provide a quality product and service to business’ in my community. I believe I have achieved this.
After 38 years in the communications business as an employee, it made sense to me to stick with what I know best and that is why I started business in the telecommunications field. After some two and a half years, I’m seeing the results of much hard work, perseverance and determination.
Through the advancement of technology in communications, exciting possibilities in reliable and effective telephone service in the business world has risen. The ability to provide a telephone system that would enable a business to spread the benefits of having 1 PBX system shared throughout multiple buildings in different geographical locations is a major breakthrough and one I wanted to become involved in providing.
I firmly believe that the way to increase business in my field is to offer a great product, good, reliable service in a timely manner, gain the trust of my customers and focus on getting better and improving customer service every day."
